Tax Senior or Tax Manager — Small Firm, Large Clients

Upper Saddle River, NJ

This small firm, led by Partners from larger firms, works with large and ultra high net worth clients, including businesses with revenues exceeding $300m. The work is complex, but the structure around it is intentionally controlled and work-life balance is great.

Outside of tax season, the firm operates a four day work week. During busy season, hours remain measured too. Around 45 hours per week in January and February, rising to 50-55 hours through March and mid April.

No mandatory Saturdays either.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated tax work across high value clients, while working closely with experienced leadership in a hands on environment.
