Claudia Mae is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine jewelry business.
Responsibilities
- Manage jewelry production timelines, order fulfillment, and product flow from design through delivery
- Oversee inventory management, tracking, and quality control
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery
- Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and logistics
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
**CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN PALM BEACH COUNTY AND AVAILABLE FOR BOTH IN PERSON AND REMOTE WORK**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office, 2 Remote)
- Previous experience in the fine jewelry industry required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong database management skills, including proficiency in excel-based programs.
- Ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude.
