Schedule: Monday–Friday | 100% Onsite

Experience: Entry to Mid-Level $18/hr W2

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the Banking Operations team of a leading global financial institution in downtown Chicago.

This is a great opportunity for someone with banking experience who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Customer Service Representative – Banking Operations - What You’ll Do:

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls, providing accurate and professional service.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, ACH transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and general account maintenance.
• Research and resolve customer issues while navigating multiple banking systems.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Customer Service Representative – Banking Operations - What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of high-volume call center experience (required).
• 1+ years of banking or financial services experience (required).
• Familiarity with ACH, wire transfers, account servicing, and banking terminology.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable handling approximately 40–50 calls per day during peak periods.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools.

Additional Details:

• Fully onsite in downtown Chicago, five days per week.
• Potential for a hybrid schedule upon conversion to a permanent position.
• College degree not required.
