Client Success Analyst - Direct Indexing

Alphathena is a Chicago-based startup building a B2B SaaS platform for Direct Indexing including tax loss harvesting, automated rebalancing, custom indexes, intelligent transitions, advanced optimization and workflows for mid-to-large RIAs. We're rolling out Alphathena 2.0, an industry-disrupting upgrade to our core platform built around agentic AI workflows.

We're hiring a Client Success Analyst in Chicago (hybrid). You'll work with our Client Success Managers to support RIA clients day to day: setting up accounts, keeping them running smoothly, and answering advisor questions on how to use the platform.

What you'll do

• Handle the setup work during onboarding, including account and household setup, loading client data, and checking that everything is in place before go-live.
• Support clients' daily use of the platform, including harvesting, rebalancing, and account updates.
• Be the first point of contact for routine advisor questions, and bring more involved issues to the Client Success Manager.
• Use the platform's AI workflows every day and help clients get comfortable with them.
• Keep clear notes on client requests and issues so the team and product can follow up.

Who you are

• 0–2 years of experience (new grads welcome) with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in wealth management and how advisors work with their clients. Internship or work experience in the industry is a plus.
• Comfortable with software and quick to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to explain things clearly and patiently.
• Bonus: experience at an RIA, custodian, or wealthtech firm.
