🚀 Role: Azure Cosmos DB Architect

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cosmos DB Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting large-scale, highly available, and mission-critical applications on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize Azure Cosmos DB solutions for high-volume transactional workloads.
Define data modeling, partitioning strategies, and indexing policies.
Optimize RU consumption, throughput, latency, and database performance.
Design scalable, highly available, and resilient database architectures.
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Manage deployments, capacity planning, and database operations.
Implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cloud architecture teams.
Required Skills:
10+ years of software engineering and database development experience.
3+ years of hands-on Azure Cosmos DB experience in production environments.
Strong expertise in Cosmos DB data modeling, partitioning, and indexing.
Experience with query optimization, RU/s management, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of Change Feed, multi-region deployment, and global distribution.
Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and distributed systems.
Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Event Hubs, and Service Bus.
Experience supporting high-volume, enterprise-grade applications.
