Support & Installation Technician - Bellevue, WA - $25-$35/hour

Who you are:

• 6+ months of help desk, technical support, field service, or related experience, with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows-based systems, computer hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Curious, persistent problem solver with the ability to follow documented procedures and learn new technologies quickly.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  
  
  

What you’ll do:

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, POS, printer, scanner, and networking-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, POS equipment, and other technology systems used by customers.
• Document service activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Travel occasionally to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and support projects.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
