Division Manager – Underground Utilities & Electrical Infrastructure – Charlotte, NC | $200,000 + Sign-On Bonus, Six-Figure Bonus Potential & Vehicle

Allegiance Group are exclusively partnering with a growing infrastructure contractor who are looking to hire two Division Managers to lead their operations across the Southeast.

One role will lead the Charlotte/North Carolina division, while the other will oversee a travelling division covering the Southeast.

The company specialises in underground electrical and utility infrastructure, working across commercial, industrial and data centre projects. Their work includes duct banks, underground conduit, manholes, directional drilling, cable installation and site lighting.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced construction leader to take ownership of a division, develop teams and play a key role in the company's growth.

What we're looking for:

• 15+ years of construction experience, ideally in civil, utilities or underground infrastructure
• Previous leadership experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, Division Manager, General Manager or similar
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading Project Managers and field teams
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, costs and project performance
• Good client and subcontractor relationship skills
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop and manage teams
• For the travelling role, experience managing teams across different locations and willingness to travel regularly
• Experience in industrial, data centre, mission-critical or aviation projects will also be considered.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee multiple underground utility and infrastructure projects
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen
• Manage staffing, budgets, schedules and resources
• Maintain standards across safety, quality and productivity
• Visit projects and support teams with any operational challenges
• Build relationships with clients and General Contractors
• Support estimating, preconstruction and commercial decisions
• Help drive the division's growth and performance

The two opportunities:

• Charlotte / North Carolina: Lead regional operations, manage project teams and develop client relationships.
• Southeast Travelling Division: Oversee projects across the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia, with regular travel.
