$110,000–$130,000 + bonus + company vehicle

Lead the crews. Own the field operation. Build the infrastructure behind major projects. A growing underground utility contractor across the Carolinas and Florida is hiring six Superintendents for commercial, industrial, healthcare, utility and data center work.

The role:

• Lead crews and subcontractors on conduit, duct banks, manholes, handholes, directional drilling, cable pulling and site lighting

• Plan manpower, equipment and materials to hit milestones

• Coordinate utility locating and safe excavation around existing services

• Read drawings, sequence installations and resolve issues before delays

• Work with PMs, GCs, clients and inspectors, using field reporting tools

• Superintendent or senior field leadership experience in underground, dry utilities or civil infrastructure

• Strong underground electrical or telecom knowledge, including conduit and duct banks

• Ability to lead multiple crews and keep work moving

• Directional drilling, cable pulling or site lighting experience a plus
