SAP Project Manager (PMO) – Hands-On Functional/Technical Leader

Seeking an SAP Project Manager with deep SAP functional and technical expertise to lead PMO functions and drive end-to-end program execution. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, solving problems directly, and owning delivery outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Strong SAP Project Management experience leading large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP functional processes and technical architecture.
• Ability to manage PMO governance, project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and delivery tracking.
• Hands-on approach to project execution, issue resolution, and coordination across business and technology teams.
• Capable of creating project plans, managing dependencies, tracking milestones, and driving accountability.
• Experience working closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
