We are working with a rapidly growing AI-native healthcare company transforming how healthcare organisations manage patient communication and administrative operations. By combining cutting-edge voice AI with modern software infrastructure, they are building autonomous agents that handle complex patient workflows, helping healthcare teams operate more efficiently while improving access to care.

They are looking for a highly technical Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team!

About the Role

• Own the rollout, performance, and uptime of AI agents running in live, high-stakes healthcare settings
• Design and scale full-stack systems integrating with healthcare platforms and real-time voice infrastructure
• Set the technical direction for customer-facing solutions, turning complex client needs into scalable architecture
• Coach engineers and define the bar for code quality, testing, security, and compliant development
• Influence the product roadmap by identifying recurring challenges and proposing high-impact technical solutions

About you

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling production systems in high-reliability environments
• Strong full-stack expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL, plus solid system design instincts
• High ownership and agency, you thrive in ambiguity and take responsibility for outcomes
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead cross-functional efforts, and communicate technical trade-offs clearly
• Previous HealthTech experience is NOT required
