You’ll play a key role in keeping its desktop infrastructure running smoothly, supporting workstations, devices, servers and conference room technology while helping improve systems and streamline processes across the business.
What you’ll own
🔹 Set up, maintain and enhance workstations, mobile devices and servers
🔹 Manage user onboarding, account creation, VPN configuration and access permissions
🔹 Support and maintain Windows desktop infrastructure
🔹 Manage software deployment and endpoint configuration using SCCM/MECM
🔹 Improve administrative workflows through automation
🔹 Evaluate new hardware and software to boost productivity
What you’ll bring
✅ 2+ years of SCCM/MECM experience
✅ Strong Windows administration and troubleshooting skills
✅ Group Policy management knowledge
✅ A genuine passion for technology and a proactive attitude
➕ Nice to have: macOS and/or Linux support experience
