Must be able to run projects 1-10 million in the office, assisted living, landlord, retail, medical, and other markets. Mostly interiors / renovations. Owner Operator with a large portfolio of office buildings throughout NYC and an in-house GC / CM focused on renovations (1-5 million dollars) throughout the portfolio seeks Construction Project Manager to manage take-offs, pricing negotiation with trades, schedule, budget, cost control, financial management, requisitions, AIAs, close out on multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with ownership and a Director of Construction. Salary up to 180k plus benefits, PTO, Bonus and Growth Potential.
