Hiring: Superintendent – Commercial Interiors | New York City
I'm working with an established NYC General Contractor / Construction Management firm looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to support a growing pipeline of commercial interior projects across Manhattan and the wider NYC market.
Project Types:
- Corporate Interiors & Office Fit-Outs
- High-End Retail & Hospitality
- Financial Services & Corporate Headquarters
- Lobbies, Amenities & Building Repositioning
- Commercial Renovations & Interior Build-Outs
What They're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with an NYC-based GC/CM
- Strong background delivering commercial interior projects from start to finish
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, site logistics and daily field operations
- Solid understanding of NYC DOB regulations, safety standards and inspections
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining quality and client expectations
