Controller | Growing Multi-Unit Restaurant Group | Bellevue Area

A well-established, founder-led restaurant group headquartered in the Bellevue area is looking for a hands-on Controller to run accounting and reporting across multiple entities and locations. You will report directly to the COO.
What you’ll do
- Own the full accounting cycle: AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities
- Oversee inventory and cost accounting, plus cash and tip handling
- Strengthen internal controls and processes, and coordinate audits
- Lead and develop the accounting team
What you bring
- Multi-unit restaurant accounting experience (required)
- Restaurant365 experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- A hands-on, no-ego, startup mindset in a fast-paced, family-style culture
Details: Full-time and on-site in the Bellevue area, with no hybrid or relocation. Free parking, health benefits, 401k, and PTO.
