The Opportunity:

Are you an energetic, self-motivated Civil Engineering or Construction Management student looking to launch a high-trajectory career? We are seeking a Junior Civil Construction Estimator to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. If you want a hands-on role where your work directly impacts multi-million-dollar projects from day one, this is it.

What You Will Do:

• 3D Modeling: Build proposed earthwork surfaces to calculate precise volumes and develop models for GPS machine-control grading.

• Quantity Take-offs: Perform detailed paving and underground utility take-offs for large residential subdivisions, roadways, and golf courses.

• Commercial Training: Rapidly learn estimating software, master subcontractor procurement, and participate in client negotiations/correspondence.

• Self-Management: Take ownership of your day, prioritize tasks independently, and drive production schedules.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree program.

• Major: Civil Engineering (ideal) or Construction Management.

• Traits: A true self-starter, eager to learn heavy civil operations, highly analytical, and highly organized.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $65,000 – $80,000/year (Base adjusted for experience/skills)
