The Opportunity:

Are you a highly skilled, motivated professional looking to make a massive impact on multi-million-dollar infrastructure developments? We are seeking a Senior Civil Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team in Deerfield Beach, FL. In this pivotal leadership role, you will head the estimation process for complex civil projects, ensuring accurate cost projections and competitive pricing strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale projects, guide estimating strategies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You Will Do:

• Precision Take-offs: Utilize Agtek or Trimble Business Center (TBC) to perform comprehensive quantity take-offs for site clearing, earthwork/grading, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, potable water, irrigation distribution, and paving.
• Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end estimation and bidding process for massive single/multi-family subdivisions, roadway infrastructure, championship golf courses, and heavy civil projects.
• Commercial Strategy: Drive competitive pricing strategy, handle subcontractor procurement, manage project scheduling, and directly navigate client correspondence and contract negotiations.
• Plan & Spec Analysis: Demonstrate an expert, thorough understanding of engineering plans, structural blueprints, and technical project specifications.
• Self-Management: Act as a true self-starter, independently managing your daily pipeline, maximizing productivity, and driving project success from initial bid to final budget.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in civil construction estimating.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Software Mastery: Skilled in HCSS HeavyBid or closely related industry-standard estimating software, alongside proficiency in Agtek or TBC.
• Traits: An energetic leader, highly analytical, deeply organized, and motivated to continuously refine heavy civil operations.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $80,000 – $115,000/year (Base adjusted for experience, skill set, and education)
