The Opportunity:
Are you an energetic, self-motivated technical graduate looking to launch your career in civil construction? We are seeking an entry-level Junior Digital Drafting Specialist to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. If you want a hands-on role where your training turns into real-world impact on multi-million-dollar projects from day one, this is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow from the ground up.
What You Will Do:
- 3D Modeling: Learn to build proposed earthwork surfaces to calculate precise volumes and develop models for civil construction projects.
- Quantity Take-offs: Perform foundational paving and underground utility take-offs for large residential subdivisions, roadways, heavy civil developments, and golf courses.
- Industry Training: Receive dedicated training to master specialized earthwork workflows and civil software systems.
- Self-Management: Learn to take ownership of your day, prioritize tasks independently, and maintain a highly productive workflow based on project milestones.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Recent graduate of a technical school, CAD design school, or a related specialized engineering/drafting program (Entry-Level candidates highly encouraged to apply!).
- Software: Solid foundational or classroom experience using AutoCAD.
- Traits: An energetic self-starter with a strong willingness to learn, high personal accountability, and a desire to grow long-term within the company.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $45,000 – $55,000/year (Base adjusted for experience/skills)
