Join Our Growing Design Team!

At REH Interiors, we believe beautiful design has the power to transform the way people live.

Our vision is simple: To inspire a world where beauty is found in the everyday, and where creating a personal sanctuary is not a luxury for few, but a way of life.

We are a growing luxury residential interior design and home staging firm specializing in sophisticated, thoughtfully curated spaces. From exceptional custom homes and full-scale renovations to furnishings and final styling, our team brings creativity, precision, and passion to every project.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Junior Interior Designer with a strong background in Interior Architecture to join our team!

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 4-6 years of professional experience who loves both the creative and technical sides of interior design.

Working alongside our Founder and Creative Director, Margaret Schaffer, and our Senior Interior Designer, you'll contribute to projects from initial concepts and architectural drawings to material selections, client presentations, and final installations.

We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to grow within a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
  • Develop detailed interior architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.
  • Create furniture plans, space plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), and lighting plans.
  • Produce interior elevations, sections, millwork details, and tile elevations.
  • Develop 3D models and design visualizations using SketchUp.
  • Collaborate on creative concepts, material selections, finishes, furnishings, and custom design details.
  • Assist with design presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Coordinate design details with architects, contractors, vendors, and fabricators.
  • Support projects from initial design development through final installation.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of professional interior design or interior architecture experience, preferably in luxury residential design at an interior design firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction documents, space planning, and architectural detailing.
  • A creative eye for sophisticated interiors, materials, and furnishings.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Studio Designer is a plus.
Our Culture & Core Values

At REH Interiors, we believe exceptional design starts with exceptional people. Our culture is built around five core values:

Relationships | Extreme Ownership | Growth Mindset | Collaboration Over Competition | Heart-Centered Excellence

We're building a team of passionate, talented individuals who support one another, take pride in their work, and are excited to be part of something bigger.

Why REH Interiors?
  • Work on exceptional luxury residential projects throughout South Florida.
  • Collaborate directly with experienced designers and creative leadership.
  • Be part of a growing company with an ambitious vision for the future.
  • Enjoy opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and career advancement.
  • Join a supportive, creative team that values your ideas and contributions.
