WHY NOW

The United States is the center of the branded residence market, with more than a hundred projects and Miami second only to Dubai. The Caribbean and Latin America are in a hotel development cycle and in 2027 apaiser launches a world leading collaboration with a global fashion house, in the United States first.

We have the product and the proof. What we don’t have is someone on the ground who can turn that into orders, fast.

That’s the role.

THE ROLE

Win projects

Find, reach and close luxury hotel and branded residence projects before the plumbing package is awarded. Win the spec with the interior designer, then convert it to a purchase order with the developer and the FF&E procurement team.

Own the Americas

The United States, with the Caribbean and Latin America in scope. Based in Miami or New York. Travel as the pipeline requires.

The scoreboard

$3 million in new orders in the first full year and a qualified 2027 to 2028 pipeline of three times that. Specs secured with named design firms count as progress; purchase orders count as results.

What you get from us

An existing pipeline and active target list of branded residence and hotel projects with open specs in 2027. A dedicated account management team and project manager. Samples and collateral. Pricing authority within an agreed framework. Direct access to the CEO and the founders, with decisions in days, not quarters.

HOW YOU ARE PAID

Uncapped commission on invoiced sales, paid monthly: 8% up to $3 million a year, 10% on the next $2 million, 12% above $5 million.On-target earnings of $250,000 at $3 million and more than $450,000 at $5 million. A first-year monthly draw, recoverable against commission, so you can build the pipeline before it pays. Two ways to engage: an exclusive independent manufacturer’s representative (1099) carrying complementary, non-competing lines, or a contracted sales lead working exclusively for apaiser.

WHO YOU ARE

Ten or more years originating and closing luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects. Standing relationships with the interior design firms, developers, operators and purchasing companies that decide these projects. A track record you can show: projects named, dollar values stated, your part in winning them clear. Comfortable being paid for results. This is not an account management role, and it won’t suit someone who needs a large base salary to feel secure.
