Lateral Link is working with a highly regarded Chicago law firm seeking a Midlevel Real Estate Associate focused on sophisticated commercial leasing.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Landlord- and tenant-side leasing experience across office, industrial, and retail, including work for REITs and institutional owners
- A focus on sophisticated office leasing (preferred)
- The ability to run a transaction with minimal supervision
- Strong writing and communication skills
