Assistant Controller

COMPENSATION:

Base - $155,000 to 205,000 (Stretch Me On Comp)

Bonus -15% to 45%

Commensurate with experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support fund accounting and financial operations across a diversified portfolio of investment vehicles, including NAV and valuation support, capital calls and distributions, financial statement preparation, and audit coordination.

• Partner with Assistant Controllers and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee day-to-day fund accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Support portfolio management and liquidity planning initiatives through analysis of fund-level cash flows, investment activity, and capital requirements.

• Partner with FP&A on financial modeling and “what-if” scenario analysis to evaluate potential investment, liquidity, and business outcomes.

• Serve as a cross-functional partner to Legal, Operations, Investor Relations, and other internal teams on fund accounting, financial reporting, and operational matters.

• Partner with Investor Relations and Marketing to support investor presentations and meetings by calculating and analyzing IRR, MOIC, DPI, and other key fund performance metrics using actual and projected results.
