Work Schedule: On-site | Full-time | Evening Shift (3 PM – 12 AM)

Professional Summary

Seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/Supervisor to oversee interior renovation projects, manage daily site operations, coordinate crews across multiple job sites, and ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman or Supervisor.
• Manage and coordinate crews of 10–15+ employees across multiple job sites.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and project plans.
• Knowledge of interior renovation materials, methods, and construction processes.
• Experience using Procore to maintain daily logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and project requirements.
• Experience with NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) or other public agency projects is preferred.
• Must hold a valid 62-Hour SST Card.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising interior renovation projects.
• Strong crew management, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and daily site activities.
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures and documentation.

Work Schedule

• Primarily evening shifts: 3 PM – 12 Midnight.
• Day shifts may be required on days when school work is not scheduled.
