Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a high-growth private equity portfolio company looking for an FP&A Manager. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and will report to the Director of FP&A. This role will have meaningful ownership, visibility to leadership, and room to expand the role as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities
• Perform monthly financial reporting and budget vs. actual analysis
• Analyze operating results, trends, key performance indicators, and business drivers
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support growth initiatives and strategic decisions
• Partner with operational and departmental leaders to provide financial guidance and actionable insights
• Prepare executive-level presentations and clearly communicate financial results
• Support location-level and consolidated performance analysis across a large multi-site organization
• Create dashboards and improve recurring reporting processes
• Manipulate large data sets into concise, decision-useful reporting
• Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects for leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
• 5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience preferred
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities required
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets required
• Experience supporting a multi-site or high-growth organization preferred
• Ability to work independently, communicate with senior leaders, and translate data into business insights required
