Finance Manager | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a technology and products organization seeking a Finance Manager. This position will support a business unit while serving as a key business partner to sales, operations, engineering, and executive leadership. The role combines financial reporting, month-end close, FP&A, commercial finance, and leadership of a small transactional accounting team. Open due to an internal promotion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and influencing business decisions beyond the accounting function. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or business finance experience
• Experience supporting monthly close and financial reporting activities
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
• Experience working with large-company reporting environments and ERP systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operational, sales, and executive stakeholders
• Power BI experience preferred
• Prior leadership experience helpful but not required
