Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead and drive end-to-end implementation and optimization projects for our enterprise application stack in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Lead full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts from kickoff through post-go-live support.
• Scope & Schedule Management: Define detailed project plans, track key milestones, manage budgets, and mitigate risks/issues proactively.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership, business HR leads, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Functional Integration: Collaborate with functional SMEs and technical leads across core Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, OTL).
• Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee system integrator (SI) deliverables, resource allocation, and vendor performance against SLAs.
• Change Management: Partner with business leaders to align technology delivery with organizational change enablement and training strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically leading enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations or transformations.
• Technical Depth: Solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functional workflows, integration points, and standard project methodologies (Oracle Unified Method / Agile / Waterfall).
• Location & Presence: Ability to work 100% onsite in Charlotte, NC Monday through Friday.
• Certifications: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred; Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a strong plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar project budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cross-module impacts across Oracle Cloud SCM/FIN ecosystem.
