Director of Recruiting Operations

Carnegie Search is an Industrial Sector Recruitment Firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Director of Operations is responsible for driving profitable growth in the business. This is an on site, work from office position in Charlotte.

The main areas of focus include: Team Coaching, Client Management, Learning & Development, Onboarding / Internal Talent Attraction, and Business System Optimization.

Responsibilities:

Team Coaching Responsibilities

• Coach, Develop and Guide Recruiting Consultants on dealmaking activities
• Hold regular 1 on 1 meetings

Client Management

• Attend Client Calls
• Assist with Contract Negotiations, Job Order Intakes, etc.

Business System Optimization

• ATS Optimization
• ATS Integration Implementation

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead Hiring Initiatives
• Interview and Vet potential candidates

Learning & Development

• Create and Maintain Learning Modules
• Hold Regular Trainings
