Join a 55 head NYC A&F specialist, whose senior leadership boasts an average tenure of 10 years, on a team that will allow you to increase your average fees by 40% as you step into the world of financial services. No previous FS exposure required.

You will be given autonomy to grow the desk in your own way alongside a leader that has scaled and exited a practice, to the tune of $35m, and be able to work on fees averaging $60k (going up to $80k) on a commission structure that caps out at 60%.

Who I'm looking for:

• A minimum of four years' experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment or search.
• A proven track record in permanent and/or temp placements.
• Full-desk recruitment experience, including business development.
• A commercially driven approach, with the ambition to build a high-performing desk.
