💲 Starting at $25+/hour (based on Xactimate experience)

🕒 Full-Time

At Kern's Roofing & Restoration, we're looking for someone who knows insurance restoration—not just estimating.

If you can review an insurance scope and immediately spot missing line items, code upgrades, or overlooked repairs, we want to talk to you.

This role is about more than writing estimates. You'll advocate for homeowners, negotiate supplements with insurance carriers, and ensure every roofing, siding, window, and gutter project is scoped the right way from the start.

What You'll Do:

✔ Write accurate Xactimate estimates

✔ Negotiate supplements with insurance adjusters

✔ Identify missing and underpaid claim items

✔ Coordinate with our sales and production teams

✔ Help homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process

What We're Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of insurance estimating experience

✅ Strong Xactimate knowledge

✅ Supplement negotiation experience

✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

✅ Experience with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters is a plus
