This is one of the most influential preconstruction leadership positions in the data center industry.

As the Head of Preconstruction, you will lead commercial and preconstruction strategy across a portfolio of hyperscale and AI-driven developments valued in the billions of dollars. You'll influence everything from early-stage planning and procurement strategy through cost management, design collaboration, executive decision-making, and project execution.

Working directly with senior leadership, you'll play a critical role in shaping how some of North America's largest and most advanced data center campuses are delivered.

⚡ What You'll Be Doing

✅ Lead preconstruction strategy across multiple large-scale data center developments

✅ Drive estimating, cost planning, procurement, budgeting, and commercial decision-making

✅ Partner with development, design, construction, and executive leadership teams

✅ Manage external consultants, contractors, and key delivery partners

✅ Create scalable processes and best practices to support rapid portfolio growth

✅ Influence strategic investment decisions across a multi-billion-dollar development pipeline

⚡ What We're Looking For

✅ 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, commercial management, construction, or large-scale infrastructure delivery

✅ Proven data center project experience

✅ Deep understanding of budgeting, procurement, forecasting, cost management, and contract strategy

✅ Experience leading high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships

✅ Track record supporting projects valued from hundreds of millions to multi-billion-dollar programs

✅ Executive presence with the ability to influence critical business and project decisions
