Special Education Teacher / Education Specialist
Location: Northern Sacramento Valley Region, CA
Pay: Up to $65/hour (local) | Up to $3,000/week for qualified travelers
Schedule: Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year
Setting: School-Based | Onsite

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher / Education Specialist for a full-time school-based opportunity in Northern California. Whether you're an experienced educator or looking for your next rewarding assignment, we'd love to connect!
Your Days Will Include
- Developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Delivering differentiated instruction tailored to students' individual learning needs
- Supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

Successful Candidates Possess
- Active California Education Specialist Credential with appropriate Mild to Moderate Support Needs (MMSN) or Extensive Support Needs (ESN) authorization
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
