Established boutique luxury residential developer with a longstanding reputation for excellence is seeking a dynamic, LOCAL VP of Residential Construction & Operations to provide hands-on leadership and direct oversight of its residential homebuilding division.

Known for delivering $1M–$3M semi-custom homes committed to exceptional craftsmanship, integrity, and a signature “red carpet” customer experience. The company offers a collaborative, family-oriented culture with direct access to ownership and the autonomy to drive results.

Based within a prestigious 5,000-acre master-planned development featuring 400+ homesites, upscale commercial and retail destinations, resort-style amenities, and approximately 2,400 acres of preserved natural beauty.

This highly engaged Executive will be actively involved in daily construction operations, field production, team leadership (10 total), and financial performance, ensuring exceptional quality, operational efficiency, and future growth.

Seeking a strategic, big-picture visionary with deep knowledge of the local luxury residential market, proven production homebuilding experience, and strong operational and financial expertise. Seeking confident, levelheaded leader with sound judgment with a mentoring management style.

Key Responsibilities

• Division Leadership: Oversee daily operations, maintain production volume, and execute growth strategies.
• Construction & Production: Direct homebuilding from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Financial Performance: Maximize profitability through budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Field Operations: Oversee scheduling, permitting, logistics, quality control, and subcontractor performance while maintaining strong local trade relationships.
• Customer Experience: Uphold the company's white-glove service standards while fostering accountability and collaboration across the team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC) license with the ability to serve as the company's qualifier.
• 5+ years of production homebuilding experience; boutique builder preferred.
• Proven leadership overseeing construction operations, personnel, budgets, and profitability.
• Established knowledge of the Palm Beach County residential market, including local subcontractors, vendors, and permitting requirements.
• Strong expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, field logistics, and quality control.
• Stable career history with a proven ability to build and lead cohesive, high-performing teams.
