Established boutique luxury homebuilder with a long-standing reputation for excellence is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Luxury Superintendent to join a lean, growing division within one of Palm Beach County's premier master-planned communities.

Known for delivering semi-custom homes ranging from $1M–$3M, this respected builder has built its legacy on creativity, craftsmanship, integrity, and a true “red carpet” customer experience. Building within a 5,000-acre master-planned development featuring 400+ homesites to build, upscale commercial and retail destinations, resort-style amenities, and approximately 2,400 acres of preserved natural beauty.

The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of residential construction, from planning through completion, ensuring superior craftsmanship, schedule adherence, budget accountability, and an exceptional homeowner experience. Managing approximately 6+ homes simultaneously, the ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and consistently delivers results.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain quality, schedules, and budgets
• Review plans, specifications, permits, and selections to ensure accuracy of building codes and company standards
• Monitor jobsite progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to homeowners and internal teams
• Oversee schedules, inspections, change orders, and material deliveries
• Coordinate final inspections, punch lists, and homeowner walkthroughs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ground-up construction specifically in RESIDENTIAL construction
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or business management preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, blueprints, project documentation, terminology, and field operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Constellation or BuildPro
• MUST have stable work history and clean background check

Salary: $125–$160K + bonus

Vehicle allowance + healthcare reimbursement
