I'm partnering with an innovative, rapidly growing defense technology manufacturer in Stafford, VA, seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to establish and lead its U.S.-based product support and lifecycle sustainment operations.

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with the chance to develop critical sustainment programs supporting advanced aerospace and defense systems used by the U.S. military and allied forces.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

• Build and lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and lifecycle sustainment strategies.
• Establish maintenance, repair, warranty/RMA, and field support processes.
• Implement and oversee FRACAS, failure investigations, corrective actions, and reliability improvements.
• Drive technical publications, configuration management, spare parts provisioning, and support equipment planning.
• Partner across Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Program Management to optimize system readiness and performance.
• Develop sustainment metrics and support capabilities for mission-critical defense programs.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING:

• 4+ years of relevant ILS, sustainment, maintenance engineering, or defense field support experience within the aerospace/defense industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting complex aerospace, electromechanical, UAS, missile, weapons, or defense systems.
• Working knowledge of FRACAS, warranty/RMA, maintenance planning, technical publications, configuration management, and spares support.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical, and customer-facing capabilities.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Stafford, VA, within a 45-minute commute.

Typical schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

Working Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Following Friday: OFF 🎉

📍 IMPORTANT LOCATION REQUIREMENT

This is an onsite position in Stafford, VA, and we're targeting candidates who currently live within approximately a 45-minute commute.

Relocation assistance is not available, so we're especially interested in candidates throughout the Stafford / Fredericksburg / Quantico / Northern Virginia region who can comfortably commute to Stafford.

Please note: A minimum of four years of directly relevant aerospace/defense experience, U.S. citizenship, and onsite availability are required for consideration.
