We build meaningful, long-term partnerships through an extensive network of brands and agencies, helping our talent grow their businesses while staying true to their content and audiences.

As we expand, we’re looking for an accomplished Senior Talent Agent with strong industry relationships, excellent commercial instincts, and a proven ability to secure and grow creator partnerships.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Talent Agent based in the United States, working closely with our leadership team in West Vancouver, BC.

You will take ownership of a creator roster and lead partnerships from initial outreach through negotiation, campaign delivery, and renewal. This role requires someone who actively generates opportunities, advocates effectively for talent, and delivers measurable results. Experience working with food and culinary creators will be a strong asset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop a roster of creators, building individual strategies around their goals, content, audience, and commercial potential.

• Proactively secure paid partnerships through targeted outreach, existing relationships, and new business development.

• Build and maintain relationships with brands and agencies that lead to repeat campaigns and long-term ambassador partnerships.

• Lead negotiations on compensation, deliverables, usage rights, paid amplification, exclusivity, and payment terms.

• Oversee campaign execution, including briefs, concepts, approvals, posting schedules, and reporting.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups are accurate and timely.

• Use audience demographics, engagement, and content performance to develop pitches, recommend rates, and demonstrate value to partners.

• Identify and recruit promising talent, with particular attention to food and culinary creators.

• Maintain accurate deal pipelines, revenue forecasts, and campaign records.

• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets, roster growth, and improvements to our talent management processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience as a talent agent or talent manager within the creator and influencer marketing industry.

• A proven track record of independently sourcing, negotiating, and closing paid creator partnerships.

• Experience representing established talent and growing revenue across a roster.

• Strong relationships with brand marketers, influencer agencies, and partnership decision-makers.

• Experience representing food and culinary talent is a strong asset.

• A thorough understanding of creator contracts, content licensing, paid usage, exclusivity, and campaign pricing.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to interpret audience insights and campaign results to inform commercial decisions.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging creator trends.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.

• A proactive approach to business development and accountability for revenue and client service.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with a team.

• Must be based in the United States.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary based on experience and demonstrated results.

• Eligible for semi-annual performance bonuses tied to agreed revenue and partnership growth targets.

• A fully remote position with direct access to leadership and opportunities for growth as Alooma expands.
