Content Designer, AI Search

Your favorite vacation-rental marketplace is on a mission to create more empathetic, accurate, and inclusive AI experiences, and we need expert communicators to help set the tone. Team up with our Guest Search team and craft high-quality UI content and microcopy powering unstructured, natural-language search.

We're seeking a writer with an ear for tone and a track record of crafting pristine, brand-forward microcopy that makes interfaces come to life. Experience training AI output and evaluating LLM responses is a plus, but we're not expecting a "systems thinker" to prompt and design the whole experience.

The Details:

• 12-month contract (1099, fully remote)
• up to 40 hours per week
• Starts November 2026

What You'll Do:

• Write pitch-perfect microcopy and UI content for AI-powered search experiences
• Develop training content that teaches AI models to express the client's brand voice
• Craft content that helps users understand and interact with AI features
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to support successful launch

We're Looking for Someone with:

• +7 years experience in brand copywriting, journalism or editorial settings
• +3 years writing for product
• Strong brand voice and tone sensibility
• Preferred experience training/evaluating language models
• Bulletproof writing and editing skills
• Portfolio of relevant writing samples
