Cascade FC Head Coach – Job Opportunity

Cascade FC is seeking passionate and driven Head Coaches to lead 1–3 teams within our growing club. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and number of teams coached, with additional paid opportunities through camps, clinics, and supplemental training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead 2–3 training sessions per week
• Coach weekend matches, including:

·      12–14 RCL league games (Winter/Spring)

·      State Cup competition

·      3 summer tournaments

• Evaluate players during tryouts (April–May) and communicate with prospective families
• Maintain consistent communication with players and families throughout the season
• Prepare and deliver player evaluations and development plans
• Attend all club meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions

Qualifications

• USSF D License, USC National Diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of youth coaching experience
• 5+ years of playing experience (club, high school, or collegiate)
• Strong knowledge of USSF, Washington Youth Soccer, and RCL
• Excellent communication, organization, and professionalism
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Based on licensing, education, coaching and playing experience. Coaches are paid per team, with additional hourly pay for extra programming.
