Insurance Coverage Attorney | Manhattan, NY (Remote) – $250K
Location/Schedule: Manhattan, NY (Remote)
Base Salary: $250K, plus a staggered bonus that starts at 1,850 hours and reaches $30K at 2,200
Practice: Insurance coverage for carriers. Opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, declaratory judgment actions, and professional-liability coverage. Not a general-liability volume seat.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Draft coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights letters.
- Handle declaratory judgment actions.
- Advise carriers on professional-liability, first-party, and high-exposure claims.
- Take depositions and brief coverage motions.
Requirements:
- JD and active New York bar
- 4–8 years post-bar insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
- Coverage opinions or a declaratory judgment action
