This opportunity is suited to an experienced litigator looking for greater ownership of matters, meaningful courtroom exposure and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced NYC trial attorneys.
The Firm
- Established NYC Platform: Join a 50+ attorney firm with more than 40 years in the New York real estate market.
- Complex Litigation: Work on commercial disputes, fraud, construction, injunctions, foreclosures and broader real estate litigation.
- Strong Courtroom Exposure: Handle matters across New York State and Federal Courts, with opportunities to work alongside experienced trial attorneys.
- Senior-Level Mentorship: Learn directly from established litigators while taking meaningful ownership of your own matters.
The Role
- Own Your Matters: Independently manage files and take meaningful responsibility for litigation strategy with limited supervision.
- Commercial Litigation: Handle substantive commercial disputes, with real estate litigation experience particularly attractive.
- Hands-On Litigation: Take responsibility across the litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, discovery, motions, court appearances, negotiations and case strategy.
- Career Development: Build greater autonomy within an established practice rather than remaining in a heavily layered associate structure.
