🚨 Insurance Defense Attorney | Manhattan, NY (Remote) – Up to $200K + Partner Track
Location/Schedule: Manhattan, NY. (Remote)
Base Salary: $140K–$200K, depending on experience.
Practice: Insurance defense, construction litigation, New York Labor Law and general liability.
Our client is an AV-rated national insurance-defense and coverage firm representing major corporations, property owners, contractors and leading insurance groups. The team handles complex, high-exposure matters rather than a predominantly low-value volume caseload.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Defend construction, Labor Law and general-liability claims.
- Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages and risk transfer.
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses and substantive motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend court conferences, hearings and mediations.
- Communicate directly with insurers, corporate clients and claims professionals.
Requirements:
- Active New York Bar admission.
- At least three years of insurance-defense litigation experience.
- Construction, Labor Law and general-liability experience.
- Strong drafting, deposition and case-management skills.
- Stable employment history and strong academic credentials.
