A fast-growing boutique real estate law firm based in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join its expanding practice.

The firm has more work than its current team can handle and a substantial pipeline for future business.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3–7 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience working at a law firm.
• Meaningful experience with borrower-side real estate financing and joint venture transactions.
• A strong general commercial real estate background and the ability to independently manage transactions from inception through closing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in growing alongside a dynamic law firm.

Location & Compensation:

• Office: Midtown Manhattan, NYC
• Schedule: Four days in office; Friday WFH
• Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 base salary + bonus, depending on experience
