About this opportunity

Your new company

Our client is a well-capitalized real estate investment, development, and operating organization with billions in assets and a long-standing track record of creating and managing large-scale residential and mixed-use communities. With approximately 1,500 luxury multifamily units currently operating and more than 1,300 additional units under construction, the firm is entering a significant growth phase and investing heavily in the expansion of its in-house multifamily operating platform across Northern New Jersey.

Your new role

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Head of Multifamily Property Management will lead the transition of the company’s multifamily portfolio from a third-party management model to a fully integrated, in-house operating platform.

You will oversee an existing portfolio of approximately 1,500 luxury rental units across Northern New Jersey, while supporting the operational planning, delivery, lease-up, and stabilization of more than 1,300 additional units currently under construction. This individual will be responsible for building the organizational structure, recruiting and developing the property management team, implementing scalable policies and reporting standards, and leading the transition to Yardi.

Working closely with development, asset management, finance, and leasing, you will establish the systems, processes, and culture needed to support the current portfolio and its continued growth. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial multifamily executive to build and shape an operating platform from the ground up within an established and growing real estate organization.
