Full-stack Marketer | Americas Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on B2B marketer to lead marketing across the US and Latin America. You’ll own regional planning and execution, adapting our approach to each market while collaborating closely with our European team.

This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with practical execution and is comfortable taking campaigns from idea to launch, measuring results, and improving performance.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute marketing plans for the US and LATAM markets.
• Build integrated B2B campaigns across content, email, social, paid media, and events.
• Adapt messaging and campaigns to regional audiences, languages, and market needs.
• Partner with sales to generate demand and nurture qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the EU team on shared campaigns, brand consistency, and best practices.
• Track campaign performance and use insights to improve results.

What you bring

• Proven B2B marketing experience in both the US and LATAM markets.
• A broad marketing skill set, with experience in campaign planning and hands-on execution.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
• An understanding of regional buyer behavior and cultural differences.
• The ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate across time zones.
