Digital Marketing Internship

Harris Media Group is a leading marketing and communications firm based in Miami, Florida, specializing in Republican and conservative political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and nonprofit clients. We combine strategic messaging, compelling creative, and digital execution to help clients shape conversations and move audiences to action.

We are seeking Digital Marketing Interns to support our Account team during Spring 2027. Interns will work alongside our consultants to learn how digital campaigns are planned, coordinated, and executed while gaining practical experience in content creation and account support.

This opportunity is suited for students interested in digital marketing, political communications, public affairs, or account management.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and proofreading social media content, digital advertising copy, and other campaign materials.
• Research client issues, current events, and digital trends to support campaign planning and content development.
• Help organize campaign materials and project updates.
• Support consultants with day-to-day campaign implementation and account coordination.
• Assist with monitoring campaign performance and preparing reporting summaries.
• Collaborate with Account team members and creative staff to support coordinated digital campaigns.

Learning and Development

Through supervised assignments, team collaboration, and feedback, interns will have opportunities to:

• Develop writing skills for different audiences and digital platforms.
• Learn how consultants translate client goals into campaign content and activities.
• Gain exposure to account management, campaign workflows, and digital performance reporting.
• Strengthen research, organization, communication, and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in Republican or conservative political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or political communications; related experience is welcome.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and an interest in digital marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow direction, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and apply feedback.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus, but is not required.

Internship Details

Term: Spring 2027, with an anticipated start date of January 11. The end date will be confirmed during the selection process.

Time commitment: 10–15 hours per week, with scheduling coordinated around academic commitments and team needs.

Location: Remote. Interns in the Miami area are welcome to work alongside our team at the office; in-person attendance is not required.

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Harris Media Group can coordinate with your academic institution regarding school-credit requirements.
