HR Onboarding Specialist
Location: Plantation, FL (Onsite)

NationsBenefits is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support employee onboarding, background screenings, I-9/E-Verify processing, HRIS administration, compliance, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and pre-employment activities
- Manage background screening and onboarding documentation
- Process I-9s and E-Verify requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR compliance and audit activities
- Assist with HRIS data management and reporting
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR Operations or HR Administration experience
- Strong onboarding and new hire processing experience
- Hands-on I-9 and E-Verify experience
- Experience managing background checks and employment documentation
- HRIS experience (UKG preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- High-volume onboarding environment
- Multi-state employee support
- HR compliance and audit experience
