Make Cool Sh*t is a brand and creative studio in Cedar Grove, NJ. We build brands that kick doors down for founders and businesses that want a point of view, not a template. Brand identity, websites, content, motion, print design. Every brand built from scratch, by hand.
What the seat is. You find founders and businesses that need a brand built and you get them to the table. You prospect, and we hand you the inquiries and referrals that come in on their own. To start, you book the call and our founder closes it. Once you know the pitch, you close it yourself.
What you sell. Project scope starts at $20K, whether that’s a one off brand build or a retainer, and the right ones run into six figures.
What you make. 15 percent of every project you bring in, paid as the client pays. A $20K build is $3,000 to you. A $100K engagement is $15,000. Retainers pay one time, upfront, when the client signs. Plus a draw for your first 90 days so you’re not starting from zero. Those numbers are in writing before you apply, not after.
What you get from us. A portfolio that does the convincing. A founder who takes every call you book within 48 hours. Proposals and contracts out the same day. A studio that closes what you open.
Who this is for. You’ve sold a service that cost real money. Creative, agency, consulting, software, doesn’t matter which. You’ve prospected cold and lived. You can tell the difference between a lead and a conversation. You want upside over a salary and you’ve done the math.
Who this is not for. Anyone expecting leads handed to them and nothing else. Anyone who’s never sent a cold message. Anyone who needs a salary to get out of bed.
Remote, anywhere in the US. Full time or part time depending on you, the commission is the same either way.
