About Extra Mile
Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.
Earning potential: $70,000 to $130,000 per year (base plus commission). No cap. Top performers earn more. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.
You build and run the creator program that puts our products in the hands of the right people. You find creators, athletes and coaches, sign them, and turn their content into sales. This includes our HyperJam NIL athlete program. Reports to the Head of Marketing.
What you will own
- Creator strategy across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Sourcing, outreach, negotiation and contracts
- Gifting, affiliate and paid partnership programs
- The HyperJam NIL athlete affiliate program
- Whitelisting and usage rights so creator content can run as ads
- Tracking sales, content output and ROI by creator
What success looks like in year one
- A roster of active creators and athletes posting every month
- A steady flow of creator content feeding our paid ads
- Affiliate revenue with clear tracking by creator
- A repeatable playbook for launching new brands with creators
You might be a fit if you
- Have 3+ years running influencer or creator programs for a consumer brand
- Have a network of creators and know how to find more
- Negotiate fair deals and manage many relationships at once
- Measure results in sales, not just views
- Are organized, persistent and great at follow up
Nice to have
- Experience with NIL deals and college athletes
- Tools like GRIN, Aspire, Refersion or Shopify Collabs
- Sports, fitness or youth athletics communities
