About Extra Mile
Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.
Earning potential: $85,000 to $150,000 per year (base plus commission). No cap. Top performers earn more. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.
You run Facebook and Instagram advertising across our brands and make every dollar work harder. You live in Ads Manager, obsess over creative, and scale what wins. Reports to the Head of Marketing.
What you will own
- Meta strategy, account structure and daily budget management across brands
- Creative testing: hooks, angles, formats and offers
- Briefs to our creative team and creators based on what the data says
- Pixel, Conversions API and catalog health
- Weekly reporting on spend, ROAS, CAC and contribution margin
- Expanding into TikTok and other paid social once Meta is humming
What success looks like in year one
- Higher spend at stable or better efficiency
- A weekly creative test cadence with clear winners
- Clean tracking we trust
- A paid social playbook we can use for every new brand
You might be a fit if you
- Have 4+ years managing Meta ads for ecommerce brands
- Have managed $100K+ per month in spend and can show results
- Understand Advantage+ campaigns, broad targeting and creative led scaling
- Can look at an ad and tell us why it will or will not work
- Are data driven and hands on
Nice to have
- TikTok, Pinterest or YouTube ads
- Experience with high ticket products and longer buying cycles
- Attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam
