Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.
Earning potential: $55,000 to $85,000 per year (base plus commission). No cap. Top performers earn more. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.
You help run our Facebook and Instagram ads day to day. You launch campaigns, test new creative, watch the numbers and flag what is working. You will learn Meta from people who spend real money on it every day. Reports to the Head of Meta.
What you will do
- Build and launch Meta campaigns and ad sets across our brands
- Upload and test new creative every week (hooks, angles, formats)
- Turn creator content into ads with our influencer team
- Monitor spend, ROAS and CPA daily and flag problems fast
- Build weekly reports and share what the data says
- Help set up ads for each new product launch
What success looks like in year one
- New creative tests live every week without being chased
- Clean, organized ad accounts
- Clear weekly reports with winners and losers
- Trusted to run a brand's ads on your own
You might be a fit if you
- Have 1 to 2 years running Meta ads (agency, brand or your own projects count)
- Know your way around Ads Manager
- Have a good eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll
- Are detail oriented and love numbers
- Want your pay tied to the results you drive
Nice to have
- TikTok or Google ads experience
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
