Business Development Representative

Primary Location: Louisville, KY

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Development Representative in Louisville, KY.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (recent grads welcome), ideally in business, marketing, or communications
• At least one internship in sales, marketing, business development, or a customer-facing

Knowledge and Skills:

• Reach out to potential clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Have short discovery conversations and book meetings for account executives
• Help plan and promote events, and follow up with the people we meet there
• Support event logistics such as registrations, materials, and scheduling
• Keep your activity and notes up to date in HubSpot
• Research companies and contacts using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Follow up on leads from marketing, webinars, and events

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
• Interest in technology, IT services, or healthcare IT
• Experience helping at events, career fairs, or campus organizations
