About this opportunity

Memoria Press is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to run and grow our paid digital advertising. You will plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta, then measure what they produce in Google Analytics. Just as important, you will work on the website pages those ads send people to, so that clicks turn into orders.

The ideal candidate would be a person who likes both the creative side of an ad and the numbers behind it.

This position requires the candidate to work in an office environment. Working remotely is not an option.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Paid search and video: Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube video ads.
  • Paid social: Plan and run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, from audience targeting and creative testing to budget pacing.
  • Analytics and reporting: Use Google Analytics 4 to track campaign performance, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend. Deliver regular reports with clear recommendations.
  • Conversion tracking: Set up and maintain conversion events, tags, and pixels (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) so every campaign is measured accurately.
  • Landing pages and conversion rate: Work on our website to build and improve the pages ads point to. Run A/B tests and remove friction between ad click and checkout.
  • Campaign support: Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, aligning ad spend with the marketing calendar.
  • Budget management: Monitor spend across platforms and shift budget toward what performs.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including events, conversions, and reporting
  • Experience editing web pages in WordPress or a similar content management system
  • Clear written communication for ad copy and performance reports
  • Willingness to learn new skills and serve those who stand in front of you, no matter the request
  • Strong time management and critical thinking; a team player
Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Video) and the Google Analytics certification
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel or Conversions API
  • E-commerce experience, especially with shopping or product feeds
  • Basic HTML/CSS and experience with landing page or A/B testing tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for ad creative
  • Familiarity with classical or Christian education and the homeschool community
